Message from the Pastor
At Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church, we do not believe that discipleship is optional for the Christian. Jesus called us to be His followers, not merely church attendees. This requires a lifestyle of learning. Merely attending a Sunday church service is not enough. In fact, true discipleship will develop a lifestyle of daily study, reading His Word, meditating on it through prayer, and living it out through obedience.
To help you in this essential endeavor, Shiloh try to provide opportunities (in addition to the regular Sunday worship service) to dig deeper into the Word.
On Sunday mornings at 9:00 a.m. we have our Sunday School, which is an interactive study where we encourage everyone to participate in the discussion. We believe everyone has something to share, and that we all can learn from one another, and we grow best in the context of small groups.
Also on Wednesday nights from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. we have a time of interactive Bible Study. We encourage everyone to join us each Wednesday night in this interactive study. Bring your Bibles as we provide a syllabus for every attendee. We will spend time in devotion, Bible Study, and intercessory prayer, for ourselves, others, the church, community and the world. Come and invite a friend. Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church and Dr. Perry Simmons, Jr. our pastor, welcomes you.
